🌍 Flag facts
The real flag has a Nguni shield with two spears and a fighting staff on the red band. The shield stands for protection of the country. It has been left off this page so the flag is easier to colour.
The colours have meanings: red for battles of the past, yellow for the country's mineral riches, and blue for peace.
The tassels hanging from the emblem are called injobo. They are made from feathers and are worn by the king on special occasions.
Eswatini used to be called Swaziland. It changed its name in 2018. It's one of the smallest countries in Africa and is ruled by a king.
