Print the outline below and colour it in using the numbered guide. The numbers on the flag match the colour swatches — so you always know exactly which colour goes where. The eagle, its crown and the lion are gold. Only the little shield on its chest uses blue and green. The PDF has a bonus page with a big eagle to colour.

🌍 Flag facts
The golden bird is a double-headed eagle, an ancient symbol with two heads looking both east and west. It holds a sceptre and an orb, signs of a ruler's power, and wears a crown.
On the eagle's chest is a blue shield showing a golden lion walking across green grass, an old symbol of the country's rulers.
The red field with a gold border is a very royal design. Montenegro was once a kingdom ruled by princes and kings.
The name Montenegro means 'Black Mountain'. It's a small, rugged country on the Adriatic Sea with dramatic mountains, deep canyons and beautiful old coastal towns.
