๐Ÿ—
The golden circle is a curved boar's tusk, a traditional symbol of wealth and status on the islands of Vanuatu.
๐ŸŒฟ
Inside the tusk are two crossed namele leaves (a type of fern). They stand for peace, and are also used in local ceremonies and even appear on Vanuatu's parliament building.
๐Ÿ”
The black Y-shape is called a pall. Its shape represents the way local church ministers led people out of the darkness of conflict and into the light.
๐ŸŒ‹
Vanuatu is a chain of more than 80 islands in the South Pacific, known for its volcanoes, coral reefs, and being one of the happiest countries in the world according to some surveys.
